I've tried so many pairs of dress pants from so many companies, nothing comes close to the stretchable ones. What a difference.
  I can actually move around, don't feel like I'm restricted.
Fits nice, fabric a tad heavy, wash and hang and my best pair of pants I've ever owned.
  Picked up a few pairs from HisPlace in lakewood at $45 a pair.

 Though they sell it in bp and other stores as well(HisPlace branded)
 I'm sure there's many stretch pants out there, but these got the job done.

 Worth trying a pair..

Only seems to have rayon and polyester.
