General best time frame to book international cash tickets

I need to buy 6 cash tickets from NY to Isreal for mid July.

Cheapest price direct now is $900 with ELAL.

What is the typical time frame ahead of the desired  date that it is recommended to book in order to get the cheapest price?

Not a direct answer, but I've seen multiple platforms like kayak etc show graphs of price history.
It might give some insight.

Only shows last 60 days... wouldn't show me if decent chances it would go down...

As far as I understand, typically around 90-60 days in advance, some routes up to 7/21 days in advance.

Agree with this.  $900 isn't bad for direct flight in the summer. Unlikely to fall below that IMO.

Pre-COVID summer travel nonstop to TLV was normally around $1,500-$1,600.

Good morning. Would anybody know to say if travel booked thru chase today would be free cancellation until Monday like priceline cancellation policy is or are they going by 24h strict policy no matter when you book ?

Aren't they using Expedia as there agency? Like wouldn't the policy be same as I book direct with Expedia?

Not anymore. They bought off the old TA they used to use.
