My wife used zoom on a recent flight. Might've been a different service but I doubt there's a difference.

Some airlines have multiple levels to purchase. ElAl for example officially has a streaming pass which should allow for zoom to work.

I used Google Hangouts on a Jetblue flight a few years ago.

I used to be able to do it on United with vpn but It doesn’t work anymore.   
So far the VPN still works on JetBlue, although they don’t want you to do it.
