You can spray cleanser on hard to reach places to make the chometz not ra'oi l'achilas kelev. So even if you can't wash every spot, you're good to go.

Cleaning is not necessary behind items that are not normally moved. This is because even if there is chametz behind it, there's no chance that it's going to be eaten. Examples are: refrigerators, ovens, washing machines etc.

Tried this "1 bucket wash method" from the car detailing world and really liked the results!!

Basically fill a bucket with water and soap (mr. clean) and add a couple of towels to the bucket use each towel once when finished take another one from the bucket. This way no dirt that gets picked up goes in to bucket and on to next towel

Does Machavas apply to bread being seared without a liquid medium? (Thought it was about a tavshul and being concerned about it drying. I can be wrong.)

to clarify,
1. My point was that even so, if rov tashmisho is machvas or lack, btziruf chametz hetaeira, you can be meikel.
2. I disagree that French toast is the same. It's not moshchin  shuman.its dripping and usually fried, and meat when caterers do it. (Not industrial) .
3. Pancakes start off lach and turns solid. Needs a real psak that that's not considered machvas.
