just an FYI  - needed a letter for CSR, and got one instantly at eclaimsline.com. Hertz told me I can give it ot them on the return, which I will do. it doesn't mention Israel specifically, but there are no geographic exclusions.

Do you remember what steps you took to get this letter? It allows to file  CDW claim but dont see an option to get a letter. Thanks

Yes, it is legitimate. Kvish 6 has two separate operators. Noach rental explained to me how to avoid getting charged. It's a real pain.

I got an email from Cello saying that kvish 6 is now part of their system, it should work if you add the rental to the account. The system until now is crazy, so this is good news if it works.

if you add your rental to cello, now you must make sure to remove it after you return car, otherwise if the next renter goes on kvish 6 you will be charged. Till now you needed to start the parking payment from the app so it didnt matter, the next renter doesnt have access to your app.

What does that mean? I know there's no PC benefits but will the activity at least show on my account?

If you rent directly from Hertz it should show. They mean you can't just go straight to car.
You can always ask for upgrade or at least a newer car, ymmv.

Reserved  from Noach and they are keeping track of lower prices and automatically rebooked, very nice service. I assume prices are going down due to lack of demand.
