The new IB offer should be called the 85,000 points offer. 60,000 after $1 spent, additional 25,000 after $10,000 spent!
Way better than the old one!
Here is my conversation:

Dear Chase customer service
representative,
Good afternoon,
To make my story short, I just
recently applied for the
Chase Ink Bold business credit card
as the new method of
doing all the spending for my
business, and I was
surprised to find out that I will
receive 50,000 bonus
points as a welcome gift from Chase
for my new business
relationship with you.
But to receive that offer I would need
to spend $10,000 in
the first 3 months of card
membership which would be a
hassle for me. So I contacted Chase
and they lowered the
requirement to $5,000 which I
already spent based on
an other offer which was available at
the time of account
opening.
But yesterday I met my friend who
told me that he received
60,000 bonus points when he
applied for this card at about
the same time when I applied for this
card.
So, as a valued Chase customer, I
would like to ask you if
its possible to apply to my account
the same bonus offer
he received, for which I would be
very thankful.

I reviewed your account and see that
you have the offer to
receive 25,000 bonus points on
completion of the 1st
purchase and another 25,000 bonus
points when spend
$10,000 in purchases within 93 days
of the account open
date. We added 25,000 as courtesy
and you have earned
25,000 on completion of your first
purchase. I see that
have already completed $5,000 in
spend hence, if you
complete another $5,000 in spend
before 07/22/2012 you
will earn another 25,000 bonus
points. You will then have
a total of 75,000 bonus points.
I apologise that I am unable to credit
any more additional
bonus points to your account as you
wish but hope that
this explanation will clarify our
marketing procedures.
