FYI, I received the first 50k of bonus points, even though I had the card three years ago.
I assume I'll receive all 100k once I reach the spend req.

So i didn't read all the comments on Dan's post and entered my existing BA number when I applied for the card - I already had one that got a 100K bonus a couple years ago.  I didn't think my chances of bonus were good, but i just got my statement and confirmed on the BA site, and I got the 50K bonus!  VR to 20K (within reason and using card for other things as well) here i come!
