Very nicely decorated with a lot more seating than the old place.

PSA most new homes (in lkwd)  are built with this in mind.
They insert a plastic tube going through the wall from the inside to outside.
Its made for wires/cables to go though. So no drilling is necessary.

You should check if your Howie has this before drilling any holes.

I believe the discussion here is about teaching chumish in Yiddish vs English.
The chder is definitely Yiddish as are almost all schools.

The only issue I ever have is once in a while you will call the house with the cable phone service and won't get through with a busy signal, but then it resets itself. Everything else is the same.

 I had heard that from someone but I guess he was wrong.

All english? I had heard they initially did Lashon Hakodesh to Yiddish to English (Beraishis - in  unfang - in the beginning...) and that  then they dropped the english. Maybe they instead dropped the yiddish.

Maybe this is not the correct forum to research and report on yeshivos. Phone calls to other parents would yield a lot more information, current and accurate, and also there's better chance that the subtleties can be given over properly. If you don't know any current parents, you can call the respective yeshivos, and ask for names of current parents in your neighborhood, etc. Hatzlocha!
