If you want cash for them, they're definitely more valuable as WPs (i.e. not transferred), the buyer will want to specific where he wants the pts transferred (by where I mean to which AC account).

This is generally the rule with most transferable points, e.g. SPG/UR/MR etc.

Why don't you start listening to what I'm saying? You should have asked what they buy WorldPoints for, might be more than $390 for the same 30k....

Many brokers/buyers pay more for pre-transferred points, as it offers them the flexibility to top off accounts, this is especially true with a (no offense) low number like 30k. If you're expecting other points/bonuses to point, you might want to wait because higher amounts command a better price.

btw no offense taking the reason i want to know is im working on getting a starwoods card. i dont plan on getting that much more points (over 100k) cuz its thresame rate till 100k but wp are very hard to earn a lot of since there are no good tricks (that i know of)
