Originally status matched best western to ihg in July of last year. It expired in the beginning of this year. OFFICIALLY it's only a one time status match...
But I just successfully rematched it from best western!

And by this morning i was downgraded back to gold. On the phone now to try to get back. Rep said the notes say that she realized i had it once.

ETA: just got off the phone, after giving them a price of my mind how unprofessional it is to retract status she gave it to me for another year.
Not sure what to do with it now ;-)

Is the promo still working?
When I put in my email it says promo not working. But then when I push continue a second time it takes me to the next step. Could it be its just taking me to the regular sign up page?
