I shipped a laptop that I sold and fedex picked it up but didn't scan. It doesn't say picked up.
What if the driver took it? When shipping I declared the value of $700.
Has happened to me in the past.
It could be they did scan and their system didn't update, or they didn't scan it, Wait 1-2 days.
If you had a scheduled pickup, and it shows that the driver did come, you might be able to open a claim
I would just wait now.
