Last time there was the same promo, with less money, and i didn't receive, only those that opened the accounts. Worst case scenario, i helped out some guys to earn some cash.

Normally speaking, if I see how people are willing to spend hours on the internet to save literally a few bucks, this promo should have such a success, that the bank would need to buy more bandwidth for their website.

How do they know if you're American if you use an address outside the states?

I could be having a green card and be european and live in europe, so it seems like nonsense to me.

Alright, I spoke to them, the USA, and canada are exempt from it.

However, if you send them a passport copy or ID (which is nor from the usa or canada) with some letter proving your address, you are okay.
Everyone has an address abroad, so I figure...

Yes, until they limited the promo a bit.

It was just too beautiful:

every 7 seconds, I transferred €0.01 (which is 20% more then a $ penny), and received €0.04 extra, plus, as i'm pretty well acquainted with the payee, I receive an additional €0.05, in other words, every 7 seconds €0.09 earnings.
