When Microsoft website crashes you know something is going on...I got a black Friday deal by calling them on the phone...but this might be too late if it ever was true.

My guess is you can't until it comes active. Let's see in 2 mins.

I passed the microsoft store at abouit 920, and there were about 10 people in line, but they had already let "the 20" into the store.
