The GCs are shipped separately from their 'activation code' for security purposes. They may arrive up to a few days after the GCs.  If you don't get your activation code or they are delayed and you are in a hurry:
Call 1-866-357-7391, press 3 to speak to a CSR.

Recently they've sometimes been emailing activation codes. Also check your spam folder.


PSA:  VISA rebate cards may be an issue if used to purchase VCG's from Staples online. It seems to be YMMV.  With larger orders more likely to invite scrutiny.
In store they work fine.

By phone. Call enter cc # then activation code. Press 1 and then 1 again and go for ur next card.....

Speak to human and they can activate one entire order at once, way faster then doing them one by one

Ordered last week. Called Staples. They said not shipped yet. They're looking into it. No problem with the CC. Don't know why it's taking so long. Now I'll just have to pay my bills I've been saving to pay with the cards through evolve and wait for next month's!

I also ordered last week.  IDK which day.  Mine came Shabbos.  The first 2.  I ordered 10.  But I can't check on my order status because the Staples site is still having a problem.

Staples.com fixed their 'order status' page.
I ordered 2 cards on 4/29 and they came 5/3.
I ordered my batch of 10 on 4/30 and it's status is 'shipped from warehouse', but I haven't received it yet.

I received notification that I earned    $51.44 on my most recent order of five cards. However, on logging in, the cash-back has still not posted. Will report if I actually receive it. I've heard that they may rescind or refuse to award cash-back for gift card purchases per the T&C.

I never received a notification. When did u get one? Maybe I did something wrong when I used the link....
