Now I got a GoH transferred to my account.
How can I apply it to my existing reservation?

Generally it depends on whether it is a Chase issued (via the credit card) or Hyatt issued certificate.   Chase is a no-go while the Hyatt may be converted to a reduced number of points (i.e. 10K) based upon your status/rep.

No. Transfers only work once.

Hello! Is there a risk in buying GOHs? I've seen some people selling tens of these on ebay and it looked a bit suspicious. Are there important things to look out for when finding a seller? I just want to make sure my account is safe. Thanks!

I was curious and did a search.  Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile still has reward nights for end of June stay. I have stayed in this hotel before, a good one.
