Need 2 rooms in Miami beach, within 30-40 minute walk of 41st/collins. Shabbos 12/3-12/5. Hotels are insane because of art basel. Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there any kosher house rentals in miami beach?

Is there a way to use my wife's and my own 50 dollar chase hotel credit for one reservation on one hotel stay so in the end i could have a 100 dollars credit towards a hotel?
do I need to book the hotel through the chase portal while logged in to my card and only then will I get the credit on that card or can i just book the hotel through one card but tell the hotel cashier to swipe 50 dollars on both of the cards and then get 50 dollars back from chase on both cards?
