I was sitting already in a Tahoe what i took from the Executive Aisle! in
LGA, at the gate a manager came to me and told me to step out of the car, i
was arguing with him for a while, then he told me if I'm taking it out he
going to charge me for the SUV rate. so i took a mini van Siena XLE.

he was right? it was the first time having a problem taking out something.

I'm trying to figure out his name, I'm going to post his name everyone to
watch out from him.

i thought i can take anything no matter what car class.

Happened to me too. But I got them to give me a 40 discount and then the supervisor applied a second coupon, so all was well

I am an Enterprise platinum member. Is there anyway to match status to an Emerald exec elite?

did u even find a Tahoe and I siena by the Executive aisle in lga? hard to beilive that in lga

I tried to get a supervisor after the initial rep gave me nothing. But I was then informed that the rep was a supervisor.

Had same story with a Tahoe in LGA. Called customer Service and was given a free day.
