Worst case scenario is dispute with ebay/paypal and get your money back..

look at your paypal account - the payment is marked as "not yet claimed", probably waiting to be declined by the chap. his account is probably not setup for automatic acceptance.
Interestingly he is registered since 1998! but no recent feedback.

It's possible they shipped something from china which is not what you are expecting but since shipping takes so long they are hoping it won't get there until after the amount of time to open up a case against them (I think 30 days). So if you don't get it delivered in the next week or two I would make sure to open up a case before then.

technically the auction stated "Delivery: Estimated within 4 business days ", so you can start even then.
it could be that this ebay account and paypal were hijacked - money already withdrawn, after that they dont care.
