Please post an instance where the goalposts have moved. Pro Palestine protests, even pro Hamas protests, can and must be allowed in public spaces in accordance with the 1st amendment. Private businesses do not need to allow any protests at all. In France such protests have been outlawed, but France doesn't have freedom of speech.

Even calls for genocide might be allowed under the 1A if there is no direct incitement, i.e. fighting words. IANAL, but I don't think "from the river to the sea" chanting would be considered fighting words even if it is genocidal in nature. Neo Nazis have the right to march with swastikas and chant the most vile genocidal things. Until it turns into fighting words it is allowed.

Major caveat: my knowledge of constitutional law comes from watching YouTube videos. I know nothing.

We're constantly using the term "moving goal posts" in political discussions, usually in arguments, when in fact there term goal posts don't even apply to this, as the morals and objectives are designed to constantly change. There are no goal posts and there are no moving them.
