That is not true.

From the river to the sea is a genocidal chant

Quote
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Socialist_Party_of_America_v._Village_of_Skokie

No connection, if anything it proves otherwise -

“ On June 14, 1977, the Supreme Court ordered Illinois to hold a hearing on their ruling against the National Socialist Party of America, emphasizing that "if a State seeks to impose a restraint on First Amendment rights, it must provide strict procedural safeguards, including immediate appellate review. ... Absent such review, the State must instead allow a stay. The order of the Illinois Supreme Court constituted a denial of that right."[5] On remand, the Illinois Supreme Court sent the case back to the Illinois Appellate Court. The Appellate Court ruled per curiam on July 11, 1977 that the swastika was not protected by the First Amendment.[28][29] In other words, the NSPA could march, but they could not display the swastika during their march.

Should Pro-Palestina rallies/events be allowed under 1A?
It seems the goalpost are moving on this one.
Pro Hamas rallies you mean?

If it was pro palestine they should be protesting Hamas and not Israel.

What would you do if your neighbours were standing outside your house with their buddies and chanting with signs that they want to kill you and your entire family?

Please post an instance where the goalposts have moved. Pro Palestine protests, even pro Hamas protests, can and must be allowed in public spaces in accordance with the 1st amendment. Private businesses do not need to allow any protests at all. In France such protests have been outlawed, but France doesn't have freedom of speech.

Every single rally calls for genocide.

Even calls for genocide might be allowed under the 1A if there is no direct incitement, i.e. fighting words. IANAL, but I don't think "from the river to the sea" chanting would be considered fighting words even if it is genocidal in nature. Neo Nazis have the right to march with swastikas and chant the most vile genocidal things. Until it turns into fighting words it is allowed.

Major caveat: my knowledge of constitutional law comes from watching YouTube videos. I know nothing.

What you are I would do is different than what is allowed under the law.

My position on Hamas is crystal clear.

I know what they are talking about but they have plausible deniability.

Goalposts were long moved when college campuses blocked/cancelled conservative speakers, because it made people feel "unsafe"
Because one guy saying a man is a man is far more scary then hundreds screaming "gas the jews"

Why do we think that goal posts are a stationary thing?
Jews ≠ Zionists
Palestinians ≠ Hamas
Satmar ≠ SatmarHQ

Why do we think that an idiom with a specific meaning has that meaning?

Ok so we're using the wrong idiom (goal posts from soccer) as it is almost always used in reference to goals that are not stationary at all
Jews ≠ Zionists
Palestinians ≠ Hamas
Satmar ≠ SatmarHQ

What are you talking about? I'm seriously confused. If anything I was wrong to call it an idiom as goalposts literally are stationary

We're constantly using the term "moving goal posts" in political discussions, usually in arguments, when in fact there term goal posts don't even apply to this, as the morals and objectives are designed to constantly change. There are no goal posts and there are no moving them.

Palestinians ≠ Hamas
