Why do we need so much senseless hate out there, aren't we past that?

And now for a question that I actually want answer to, what is the world's benefit from the concept of hate? We know there is good in all God creates, but have we found this in hate? Or is that only true about physical items?

First of all, hate is a strong word. Second of all, I'm pretty sure I know what prompted this question and maybe you should think about why it may not be that senseless.

Second of all, every emotion that God created has it's time and place to be applied, hatred is no exception.
Third of all, why in world would you think that only the physical things that God created are good?

I didn't actually think that, but for some reason I thought that may be the response I'd get.
For some reason the way you wrote that, is making me think of it differently, when and where would hate applied be a good thing?
(I assume never in its strongest sense, rather a milder version, in certain situations, which you may not like to call "hate")

Amalek?
Is the hate itself a thing?
I understand that at least the hate which should lead to more would be necessary, but the hate itself too?

Emotions are always tied to actions. There is no "hate" without an action that comes after, the same as any other emotion. Emotions that stays pent up and don't get acted upon stay festering inside and can cause any number of problems, both psychological and physiological. While we can resolve our emotions by thinking logically about what stimuli are causing us to feel a specific emotion, I don't think that's the natural way that we deal with emotion.

So hate exists solely for its causatum.
Rather interesting, thanks.
This sort if thing is  elucidated in חובת הלבבות, or is it somewhere else?

I'm not saying that hatred exits solely for anything, I'm saying it exists for the same reason any other emotion exists.
I haven't personally been through the entire חובת הלבבות (probably something I should rectify) but I'm pretty sure he discusses these things.
It could also be that I'm mistaken on one or multiple of the premises that I've taken but that's the way I view it as of now. Concepts like the reason for God created something are complicated by nature, as are ideas like emotions. These are the kinds of things you should discuss with a person who knows enough to give you satisfactory answers. Just be careful that they really do know, many people don't but think they do.

What's the question? It's an integral part of life. Love good; hate bad.

What do you do when a rep says "I believe I spoke to you earlier" when trying to reconsider an application?!

My kid made an experiment - filled a bottle with raisens, sugar and water and left it to ferment for a couple of weeks.

I just strained it. - it smells like alcohol, (ish) and I took a lick it tastes very sweet.

I'm afraid to drink it. - is it safe? Is it spoiled? What's the alcohol content etc

There are tools to check alcohol level, find someone who makes homemade stuff they should have one.
