There is a relatively new office that opened up to hire kollel wives davka . From what I understand there are different shifts to choose from. It's mainly computer/billing phone work . Take a look at fiverr and upwork and the types of jobs that people typically post there.
You'll get an idea of jobs that aren't time sensitive and can probably figure out what type of companies would need such workers.

Please let me know too! I lived in Israel, moved back, and am looking to move back- except my wife only agrees if there is a normal paying job. (Not like the usual 8$/hour)

There are alot of jobs that pay more than that (mostly tech based) , you have to search for them . Most Americans have a language barrier that prevents them from doing proper research and getting the job which befits best their capabilities. Hatzlacha ,it's not easy
