I Spoke with united and they told me that with united business class a round trip is 300K but if they can find any openings on Brussels airline it will only be 70K which is a huge difference. have to keep on checking a whole day.

i was just thinking that maybe is it possible to go from NYC to AMS and from there to Antwerp? or is there any other airport in the area that might work?

If u can go with a stop with united in IAH if I'm not mistaken u can fly 57500 in biz

I was born and grew up in Antwerp, belgium. Although I'm not too familiar with Brussels; Antwerp is the closest and only frum Jewish community in Belgium. I would gladly help anyone with questions, you can reply in this thread but if you PM me you'll be more likely to receive an answer.

What do you call near? What is your budget? There are many within walking distance...

1 to 2 hundred dollars. I guess more important to be close to minyan and food.

Cheap (I think it's 3*) and very central you have the Antwerp Diamond Hotel.
Other local hotels are the Plaza Hotel (Charlottalei) and the Leopold (Carlton) Hotel (Quinten Matsijslei)
The latter two are probably the most accommodating to Jewish needs, most Jewish visitors stay at the Plaza Hotel.

Was just in antwerp and ate at shayas a milky pizza shop ,and meat at rivis a grill type restaurant , everything done while you wait , both was very good and highly recommended

Shaya's recently changed ownership so their prices might have changed but the last time I ate there I paid €20 ($23) for a medium sized pizza!

I want to note that the world's greatest bakery (hands down) is in Antwerp. Skip the restaurants and just eat pastries at Kleinblatts.

I'm not familiar with exactly what hotels in Antwerp are bookable with points but I would imagine the following are:
Hilton (groenplaats) which is within 10-15 min walk of Jewish area.
Radisson Blu (Astrid) which is no more than a 5 min walk from Jewish area.

which part of antwerp is 5 min walk from Astrid?
