Are 3rd party buyouts allowed?

Unless 3rd party buyout are allowed then you xan transfer it straight to whomever. Or you would run into tax issues unless you're gifting it.
Try a dealer who may be able to help in this situation and charge you a few dollars to initiate the transfer.

I have a Kia forte 2022 with 44,000 miles on it, the lease ends in 1 week, is it worth buying it out for about 12,500 or should I lease a new car?

are you looking for a bigger or better car? I gave in my forte lease because we needed a bigger car and I had no interest in investing in a kia forte. but if you're ok with it why not keep it? a new lease would run you around 10k

Sounds like a good price, buying this out will save you money over leasing a new car.

Also I just realized youre probably allowed 30k miles, which means you’re paying about $3k if you would turn in your car i would imagine

The Hyundai Palisade, Kia Tulluride, and Mazda CX-90 should all fit the bill.

The telluride is probably the only one that would be close to as roomy as a minivan, the best option would be the Yukon/Suburban etc. (expensive though)

Kia calls their minivan a MPV, if that counts. ;)

Traverse is bigger
The question is regarding the front seats. None of these posts answered the question, but a comparison site with numbers for headroom and legroom will answer the question.

Talking about the drivers seat
The telluride is biggest in all that (I don't know about the traverse) & the suburbans is even bigger

Have the Mazda CX-9, I find the front seat pretty spacious.
