Friend banned from facebook dansdeal page?!?!?

My friend has been banned from the Dansdeals Facebook page apparently because she asked where she could buy some miles.
Dan seem to be pretty touchy on the matter and he removed my friend with no explanation. My friend tried to contact him on facebook and through email but he didnt even bother to reply.

Now, do you think she did something that bad asking where she could buy some miles to be able to afford a family trip?
If that was a no-no couldn't Dan simply warn her to stop doing it?

I know thats his website and he can do whatever he wants, but this seems just unfair, if he had a good reason I would have understood but again, my friend just asked where she can buy some miles and I see people asking that question ALL THE TIME.

I've never had a Facebook account (or any other social media), so maybe I just can't relate.  But, what is unfair?  What is the big deal?  What did she lose?

Bottom line if you "friend" isn't intelligent enough to follow rules, they shouldn't be allowed on the page.

And all those people get banned because they can't read the rules that are stickied on top.  It's not practical to warn FB users like it is warn forum members.

Generally first time offenders are removed but can still reapply while repeat offenders are permanently banned.
