Was about to post.
It was amazing we stopped twice for a feed but we made up the time between the stops we got here quicker than when my wife was pregnant and we needed to stop every second rest stop for a bathroom session.
Also the baby slept all the way through everytime she started waking up we put on music and she went right back to sleep.
It was amazing since for the first time in 2 weeks me and my wife had some time to talk to each other and relax while the baby slept right through.
Just to mention that I bought a few gadgets for the trip and the ones that really helped me were a back seat mirror shades for the Windows and we got with our Diper bag a small changing mat which was perfect for changing her on the seat.
To sum it up the trip went by like a dream thanks all for all your help

Just don't be surprised if going back it is a living hell, baby crying the whole time, throwing up, etc. That's the way kids are. Completely unpredictable. Most probably, it will take several kids and years until you really have it down pat.
On the other hand, a few, selected, lucky people do actually make it each time (at least that's what it seems like from all of Dan's TRs)
