I have a feeling you are misunderstanding what she wrote. The only part that is opinion is that Schiff knows it. It is probably correct that he knows it.

Just so there is no misunderstanding what you are saying, this is correct: "Even if Intel R's rewrote the entire memo before sending to WH, it wouldn't matter."

Was just reading up about the solar panel tariff. Seems to me like a really dumb move. I read somewhere that a huge percentage of money currently spent in the American solar industry is on installation (ie American workers installing foreign panels). There's just not that much American manufacturing going on. So raising effective prices on the imports is likely to lead to less solar being bought and installed, which means fewer jobs in what was a booming industry.

@aygart Are you involved at all with that part of the energy business? Thoughts?

That part is not opinion. Even if it was totally rewritten it does not matter since of the white house declassified it then it no longer needs the procedure for the house to release it. Credibility is still lost though.

I am not sure what you are getting at. It is not an opinion to agree or disagree with. From the reports I am seeing it seems to be factually direct.
