I know it's not milk, but maybe this'll help someone:
Pineapple Sorbet1 pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
Chunk the pineapple and freeze it overnight.
Then put it in the food processor with the sugar and oj. Process (with the s blade) for a really long time, until there are no chunks left and it's very creamy.
Put back in the freezer (or eat right away
).
