A markup of 100% is not crazy in many retail environments. Cost for operating now are way more then usall.

I usally see the FBI pressing those type of charges, intrestesting it was USPS.

Slippery slope, vague/broad laws are ripe for abuse. IINM Rubashkin got off the hook for ICE/labor violations and got 27 years for this kind of stuff.

It always has to make some sense for the charge to get past a grand jury, conviction at trial is another whole story. Half the time they’re hoping for a settlement/plea bargain with such charges and avoid the trial altogether.
