Just keep in mind that the current free line promo fine print states that if you remove ANY line from the account then this added line will no longer be free.

With the 2020 Line On Us offer, new customers activating 3 or more voice lines and existing customers with at least 2 or more paid voice lines who activate at least one more voice line will receive one voice line free (via monthly bill credits)! Here's the fine print for that offer for ya real fast:
- Must be on qualifying plan
- Any lines cancelled within the last 90 days need to be restored in addition to the new line activation
- NO lines can be cancelled for 1 year after accepting promo or free line will be lost
- CAN be stacked with other free line/device promotions (provided that the account is on a qualifying rate plan for both)
- Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.
- If you cancel a line or change to an ineligible rate plan and lose your free line credits, you have 90 days to resume the canceled line or switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.
