Even then it may be an uphill battle with the courts, and I wonder if Biden will risk getting turned down. It won’t take too long for enough states to certify.

What about it? You think they're doing last mile with USPS or something? The Pfizer vaccine requires specialized cold chain infrastructure, and will likely be sent to more densely populated areas, until they can develop other storage and shipping methods.

Correct, but it's not like you can ship it anywhere and be effective. It can only be opened twice a day, not more than one minute at a time - meaning you have to have enough daily demand to be able to plan exactly how many to use per day. And it carries up to 5 trays of 1000 each. So if you're vaccinating less than 1000 in 10 days, some would go to waste. This is all from the Wendover video on the topic.

I'm not understanding why this is even being discussed. We have 350 million people to vaccinate. Who cares if we can't get to a rural area which can't support 1000 vaccinations in 10 days?

First, places so sparsely populated most likely don't have much of a Covid problem. Second, if they care about a vaccine, then they can go to a more populated hub to get one. People who live in the sticks are used to having to travel to bigger cities to source some of their needs. One of the trade-offs for the solitude.
