Aeroplan - Flat Fee per booking $50 (coach), $100 (Business), $125 (First) All the these prices are CAD. Plus tax.  - or can use miles (bus was 10k so assume @ 100/$1 for any)
Alaska Mileage Plan- Does not issue infant tickets.
American - 10% of full fare
British Airways - Taxes and 10% of miles
Lufthansa/Miles & More - Taxes (Usually $17.50)
United - 10% of full fare
US Airways - 10% of full fare
singapore- 10% of full fare (when flying Sq you could find a date showing a discounted fare)
ANA?
IB - 10% Full fare
Asiana- 10% of the adult mileage ticket, plus taxes & fees

Really? I've never seen a bassinet on a domestic UA flight and I've taken many. Whats your routing?

Just a PSA: Make sure your kid is ticketed on the same flight. I just noticed my kid was booked on a different flight for an upcoming trip.

I used AS to book the EK flights and had to call EK to add the infant. When i noticed the mistake, i called EK who sent me back to AS who in turn sent me right back to EK. EK was able to fix it for me, but it pays to check your flights. I can't imagine it would have been a major deal had i not noticed, but rather clear it up now.

They can probably just change it at the desk, its not like they have a seat or something.

Right. Figured i would want more lounge time then to deal with that. Not sure how they managed to add my kid to a flight all by himself. Do they not need to attach the infant to an adults ticket?
