City is Hazon I think it’s in the galilea region. Just need to make sure I’m not booking a city in the middle of a hostile neighborhood

my understanding is that it is a hotel on the 21st floor of an office building - does anyone have comments about location, cleanliness, service etc?

FWIU it's more like a Airbnb and they give you a voucher to a cafe for breakfast. People seem to like it

My wife and I are going to Israel in March and need a hotel in Northern Israel.  We were looking at Tiberias/Sea of Galilee area but open to your input.
The hotel that somebody recommended was Setai in Sea of Galilee but the reviews are horrible so we need to find another hotel.

To help give you an idea of our preferred level of accommodations, we booked Carlton in Tel Aviv at the front end of our trip for 3 Nights and King David in Jerusalem for 4 nights at the end but need something for 2 nights in the middle.

What can you suggest?

most have second day meal options (eg leonardo plaza/kings) but Jerusalem hotels usually don’t have programming, though maybe cassia/Ramada do sometimes

considering that the train to tll runs all night - anything close to a train station.
In JLM, the two closest are Jerusalem Gold or Jerusalem Gate... but its a quick taxi from anywhere at those hours...

I stayed there a few months ago.
They may not have the 5-star service that a 5-star hotel should have. However, to call it horrible is a considerable exaggeration. (I understand that some people pay 1k a night and have very high expectations, hence the bad reviews.)
Other options are the Ramot (a 5 minute drive from Seai, but not as nice) or the Pastoral Kfar Blum Hotel (an hour further north than the Setai but not as nice, boutique-style hotel)
