Buying a new ticket for this group is the only reasonable answer.
Nobody will come to a concensus for which charity and you'll never get everyone to agree to buy it for another group.
The better question is where is the cutoff? If the ticket won $200 do you refund or buy new tickets? What about $500? $1000? Etc.
These things should be decided upfront.
+1.
Buying a new ticket for this exact group is the only fair thing.
It was also stated in this group in advance before the raffle and nobody objected.
Charity or a free ticket for myi is a nice gesture, but it's not the reason we did this group. We did the group so we can dream last night, now it's only fair to slightly keep that dream alive on Friday with the huge 1 in 300 million chance.
(Even if the next drawing after that is 40 million, any small winnings should be reinvested in the next one, since it keeps the dream alive. It doesn't make sense for myi to need to send out $2 to 100 people. If anything, if we win $200, it should be decided in ADVANCE, if he should reinvest in 100 tickets for the Next raffle, or 50 tickets each in the next 2 raffles, since it's not a billion dollar raffle.)
