OK but the Rabbinim, organizations, and communities that he (and some commenters) thinks is ok to bash.... Even a broken clock is right twice a day. But at what cost? Anyway, I'm not interested in getting into a discussion about him/his website as I really know nothing. Just was commenting as it was my first time seeing that website and I was truly blown away.

In CLE many people started eating at Peking Chinese in the early 90s when a non-frum Jew sold it to a heimishe yid. It was under the mainstream CLE hechsher the whole time. The heimishe yid is the one that fed everyone treif, even to his own parents.
The sad reality is that the store is now closing due to this unsubstantiated allegation, causing some people in the area who would otherwise eat there to buy treif instead.

To me such a sudden closure seems to be a strange reaction to something that could have been cleared up if his explanation is true.
On a 50/50 chance
On a 50/50 chance that he did sell treif I'd be much more concerned for those people who really keep Kashrus who might consumed treifos than those who will buy real treifos now because this establishment closed down.

How is it a 50/50 based on this?!?
Halacha says eid echad ne'eman b'issurin. The hechsher says there is no treif food and they are believed. Nothing more is needed.
There is no mitzva to be overly Dan lkaf zchus or not speaking LH when something looks suspicious. It has to be clarified. whether it is a jewish owner or non jewish owner. A normal guy doesn’t buy cases of chicken for his house. ( maybe it said he had another store, idk) we are talking about possible tarfus entering holy Yiddishe neshamos c”v. Don’t be so nice about things. It is serious stuff!!
Definetely at least 50/50 chance based on fact that he closed up shop the second he got confronted!
How many people who would normally go there will now say something like "why risk it, I'll just buy food in Lakewood". It can completely kill the financial viability of the business, he may as well cut his losses now instead of bleeding cash for a few months before closing down.
