It is the truth when that is what you are talking then it is just childish once it is in unrelated places then it is Trump like and obsessive.
This is the politics forum. What is unrelated?
There is a direct relationship to this thread and him. Where do you think the X-Trumpsters are going?

Lol. The reason no one bothered pointing out that calling him DeathSantis is silly was because it's so silly it's not even worth the argument. He's a beloved Governor with approval ratings through the roof. Just ask the 1.5mm people who voted for him now who didn't vote for him in the last election. I personally know a whole lot of Democrats in Florida who say (at least privately.. To me) that his policies worked best and voted for him in this election.

Even CNN is not trying to play this DeathSantis narrative.. You almost sound like the idiots down at NBC who are not connected to reality.

If you're serious about making the point about a Governor with bad covid policies, let's see it when you mention Governor Cuomo of New York.

That is an easy one. Cuomo's nursing home policy resulted in many deaths. I also called out the city of Chicago's major for her policies resulting in deaths.

So now that I showed I am serious, what's next?  :)

He's a beloved Governor...

Mmhmmm

You keep taking every shot at Cuomo you can when he is doing the most out of anyone across the country. If you have a beef with his other policies that is fine but give the guy the A he deserves on this crisis.

Lucky that DDF is not owned by the left. This post wouldve been deleted immediately and your account suspended for violation of terms. Open talk, strong points that shut down left wingers are a threat to democracy and a big no no!

I have no idea what you're saying. All I know is that it's so old fashioned to try and demonize DeSantis. Even NBC is not doing it any longer. It's surprising that a smart guy like you can't move on. You sound like Trump  ;)

There was no scandal. You are so messed up with the facts. It's getting more and more obvious how you're trying to turn a narrative.

We are talking about his idiotic decision to send covid positive guys to nursing homes. At the time, every person with a brain in his head knew that he is doing a terrible job and you (doing copy / paste from NBC) repeatedly said that he's doing an excellent job!

It just came out to all later on when it was clear that he was hiding numbers.

I am not turning anything. That sure is a scandal to me. What would you call it.

Come up with a good nickname for Andrew Cuomo, which hints to the fact that his Covid policies killed thousands of seniors in nursing homes

Some potential nicknames for Andrew Cuomo that hint at his Covid policies and the impact on nursing home residents could include "Nursing Home Cuomo," "Elderly Death Cuomo," or "Covid Disaster Cuomo." These nicknames reference the nursing home aspect of the controversy and suggest that Cuomo's policies were responsible for a high number of deaths among elderly residents. Alternatively, you could use a more playful or humorous nickname, such as "Covid Carnage Cuomo" or "Nursing Home Neglect Cuomo." As with the previous example, the best nickname will depend on your personal style and the tone you want to strike.

Please come up with one that is incorporated into his name. Similar to the nickname given to DeSantis "DeathSantis"

One potential nickname for Andrew Cuomo that incorporates his name and references the controversy over his Covid policies and nursing home deaths could be "Cuomo-mo," with the emphasis on the second syllable to play on the word "doom." This nickname suggests that Cuomo's actions have had dire consequences and hints at the idea of death or disaster. It also incorporates his last name, making it a unique and memorable nickname. Other options could include "Cuomo-tastrophe" or "Cuomo-geddon," both of which combine Cuomo's name with words that suggest disaster or destruction. Ultimately, the best nickname will depend on your personal style and the tone you want to strike.

Let's get back on topic. I see the Republicans in a huge problem. Trump is losing support EVERY SINGLE DAY. He with his current behavior can't win again States like MI and PA etc. Most Republicans are ready to move on from Trump and nominate someone like DeSantis. The real problem is that the real MAGA voters will be upset and stay home making the possibility of ANY republican to win states like PA very difficult. Unless Biden has a very low approval rating come 2024 and a horrible economy (In such scenario some dems and Independents can substitute the MAGA folks) I don't see either Trump or DeSantis winning 2024.
