I've noticed postmates treats BOGO deals as additional discounts, calculating promo codes based on the original price. This allows minimum order values and percentage discounts to apply more easily. Conversely, Uber treats the new BOGO price as the final price, which can prevent other promo codes from being applied as easily. This results in fewer opportunities for additional discounts with Uber.

So in your case PM saw a $48 tab and applied the full discount. Uber would have seen a $24 tab and not applied it.
