I posted it to differentiate between Mishkan Yosef/Ohr Shloime and ZSRF. They are 2 different orgs.
Regarding Mishkan Yosef, the name (M. Bleier) and address of the person running it are pretty easy to find. I'd be surprised if no one here knows him personally.

Talking about fake organization's..
I saw on my credit card a charge I didn't recognize for $18 it went to some charidy with a weird name I was sure I didn't make that donation/charge and trying to look up who that organization does but it seems like another fake.. it has a PO Box with a mailing address in Brooklyn. 
I have no way to find out who compromised my info since I have been using this card for a while, disputed the charge and requested a new card.
