when I shopping for a talis as a chosson, the salesperson told me I need lighter weight , slightly smaller one for weekdays. Seeing my confused look, he explained "you're going to be running out of shul nad you need to flip it off and roll it quickly while your leaving " seeing my now incredulous look, he said " trust, I'm doing this for a while now "

Standard Ashkenaz Tallis, comes with thick strings
Sephardi is white on white and different kesharim
