This guy says that Rav Elimelech Kornfeld said there is nothing wrong. I do not believe he would say that.

How would it work, you do a Kvattir & bring it to the womens side, or are we supposed to be ok with the woman coming right through the mens side ?

Yes but not in shul.
Jews ≠ Zionists
Palestinians ≠ Hamas
Satmar ≠ SatmarHQ

Perhaps she should don a talis & yarmulka while doing it too.

The video is jarring because we usually associate this type of garbage with a certain type, but this crowd of people looks so regular. Crazy how this type of stuff creeps in.

What do the Gedolei Yisroel say?
R’ Moshe Sternbuch came out against it.

The clip looks like it's from a siyum sefer Torah, probably donated by her or in memory of someone very close to her.
It doesn't look like it was during davening or at a very packed situation

Would this change anything if it’s in the men side in a shul ?

This would explain a lot. It wasn't really a gelila but rather closing up the sefer torah. I understand why R Shternbuch would be against it but also how it can happen feeling it is okay.

I don't know, but as in the rest of my post, I wouldn't be surprised if it depends on the situation

Rav Moshe says in Europe the ladies would come into the shul to say kaddish IIRC. That would be roundly condemned today.

Because today it’s (for the most part) because of unholy reasons, as part of a larger trend.

Which doesn't seem to be the case here.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

This is very much not the case. Is it very common that the women struggle with how their brothers are doing something for the neshama of the parent numerous times a day while they feel much more limited. I have dealt with this numerous times and as recently as a few weeks ago with a girl going to seminary. My go-to is to go through the kitzur shulchan aruch at the end of hilchos kaddish how raising children al derech hyashar is a much bigger zchus than kaddish.

Did they go into shul to say kaddish? If they insisted on doing so I would suspect it's for the wrong reasons.

I davened mincha once in a place OOT where a few women stood outside the door and said kaddish after Davening.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
