From a perspective of a third country, why should they care more about the potential deaths of country A, if country B is losing a lot more civilians than expected to die in country A?

You keep going back to the same video as to imply the Israelis are killing more civilians than even Hamas is reporting. I don't have an answer for why there not saying but that doesn't mean there committing mass civilian murder. Even now they are still giving evacuation notices to areas they are targeting which clearly gives the enemy the upper hand all to protect civilian life as much as possible.

Logically, the civilians of the aggressor's party have to pay that price in order to avoid civilians deaths of the victim's party, if there is no other way to avoid. It's sad but that too is on the aggressor.

He's still around giving interviews and such, but not in an official capacity. He recently gave a very good one (judging from people's reactions, didn't watch it myself).

No I don't see why that metric shows anything meaningful. The only metric that makes sense to me is civilians to fighters.

What if the civilians were completely unaffiliated with the aggresor? Would anything be different?

The only metric that makes sense to me is civilians to fighters.

So if one war 20% of the population was fighters and another war 30% where fighters do you adjust for that?
What if population density is different. Do you adjust for that?
I can list many more.
