I'm not getting it at all and every time i try to sign in it says this offer has expired please call in.I call in and they ask me for a code. So no go for me. Anyone have a code?

We're referring to the second and third links in the wiki, both of which are not targeted. You just have to keep trying until the offer you want shows up.

Till you Login you won't know if you were targeted for the 5k offer...

My wife got a 75K BRG attached to her account, i filled out the info on someone else's name, the problem is that the application did not ask for the social, does that mean my wife will be getting the pull?

yes. I did it from my account with a different name and I got the pull and card came in the mail with their name on it.

Could not get more than 25k through my regular Israeli ISP. Used a NY proxy and pulled up 75k numerous times.
