ok so i have more info on my issue (probably explains why others not having it):
the issue only comes up when searching a flight on BA that could have a stopover and i select no stopover i.e. NYC-London i get an error. but if i search NYC-TLV and elect to do a stopover in London, than the search works (NYC-MIA which never has stopover option obviously works). So now i know how i can search the NYC-London route but i cant book it. anyone else have issues on similar routes?

Seems like the bug on BA.com only showing partial list (morning flights) on AA is back.
Looking for NYC-ORD on April 19th in the late afternoon /early evening.
Any workarounds other than calling Singapore?

Hello:

I'm looking for an award flight with Air Berlin from DUS to NYC on September 12th or 13. I can't find any availability on BA.com, but I do find availability on Iberia, both using Avios of course. Shouldn't they share the same database? And Iberia is charging me almost $300.00 in taxes and fees? Should Air Berlin on Avios have very little fees, generally under $100?

Looks like a POS issue.
If you change your BAEC profile address to UK, you will be able to see those Award Seats:

Looking for 4 economy award seats on CX JFK-YVR flight, for 1 adult, 3 kids. If 2 seats are showing available on BA, is there a way to book now for the adult + 1 kid? Would there be an issue in future when 2 more seats open up, since BA won't allow two kids (under 16) to be on their own booking, since it will technically be as unaccompanied by adult? Any workaround for this? Thanks

Did you try calling BA and/or BA in SIN?
