Amex platinum should work.

I am flying on El Al from Newark using my American Gold number. Can I get into the AA lounge in Newark with this, or do I need to use an Amex Platinum card? How about on thre return from Israel, can I get into the Dan Club?

What gets you into the El Al lounge on JFK?
Airlines sending me "We're in this together" emails.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

Friend is flying PHL-ZRH on US airways, which lounges can he use in both airports?  he haves Amex platinum.
And btw he got the ticket the same time it was going on PHL-TLV-YYZ, it worked for ZRH as well, he got a ticket for about $450.

You are missing the point. Any way to get into El Al lounge if you aren't flying with them.
