That is a good option for Domestic tickets, but Internationally it can be way more miles. Depends what OP needs.

I would really appreciate if someone knew of a way for me to buy tickets from someone else which they book with miles or however. I need 2 adult and a lap child JFK to Istanbul on business from June 17-24

I am trying to book a aa flight from tel aviv to phl for my 15 year old. When i try to book online it says that i need to call to make the reservation due to her age. She can fly unaccompanied but for some reason at age 15 i can not book online for her.
No problem so i call and they quote me a price 300 dollars more. I tell them i am looking at their website, and google flight and orbitz and they all say 300 less. They say they can not see that price.
I ask for a supervisor, no luck. I huca twice and no luck. Supervisor and agent both tell me to lie about her age, book online and then call back and change age. That is crazy. I do not want to take any chances of a screw ip at the airport. I called on Sunday, do they put their most inexperienced worked on the weekend?
Any suggestions?

Do exactly as they told you. I would've done the same thing, NOTHING will happen.

They process as a CC not debit

I have everyday preferred, SPG, and Biz Plat. There is no reason for me paying for my cards since I do not use the benefits. I want to open the everyday non preferred and use that. Any other cards that have no AF that I can sign up with as a 3bm? TY

I have a bizPlat, everyday preferred, and a SPG. I want to downgrade from everyday preferred to just everyday. They said if I downgrade, cant get 10k points and have to pay AF. However, not sure if I can cancel current card then re-apply and get accepted because AMEX said that I signed up for too many cards in a short period of time. Any advice? Thanks!
