Technically not but if they don't notice it you may be able to drive off the lot with it, I used to rent at an HLE all the time after the first month or so he never asked me for my license again as long as you change it on your gold profile, HOWEVER- it's illegal to drive without an active license and if C"V something happens it's enough of a cause for them to not have to cover you so I most definitely would NOT rent with an expired license.

+100 In general, driving while doing anything illegal or against the rental policy is in effect driving without insurance. That's always a bad move.

Any known easy way (not check your emails) to figure out when AF's are coming due? Specifically for cards for which AF's will hit for the first time.
