What happens when I return an item bought with a costco cash card? Will they give me another cash card or can i have them put the refund on another credit card?
CC/DC/cash usually works, but YMMV.
I don't know what happens if you're a member who uses a cash card.
I've been a non-member using a cash card bough on someone else's account. They don't allow me to do returns.  The member has to do it for me. (and I think they got a new cash card or actual cash back.)
I was referring to a member. AFAIK, non-members can not do returns.

I'm assuming this is to get the bonus?
Thanks. Yes, it is. However, here: http://www.doctorofcredit.com/td-bank-150-300-checking-bonus-ct-dc-de-fl-md-ma-nc-nh-nj-ny-pa-ri-sc-vt-va/, he writes "Only problem is we don’t really know what will trigger the direct deposit requirement." ::)

So either try one of the ones listed and hope for the best or get a real direct deposit.

What does it mean that "Chase" counts as a DD to TD? How does one get a DD out of Chase (or any other bank) to a different bank?

Hence my query here, hoping that someone has real DPs about this. ;)

Send an ACH transfer and sometime the incoming bank's system will count it as a direct deposit to trigger the bonus

That original post was written before the DP's came in, if you read the comments you'll see that most of the DP'S are from there. I think DoC just updated the post with the new expiration date but didn't change that line where he says we don't know what will trigger the bonus.

I'm confused. I asked Chase if they could push an ACH to a diff. bank, and they said that it needs to be initiated at the other bank, meaning I'd have to ask TD to pull it. Is this accurate?
