I am aware people say that. It is also not true, based on what I have heard from someone in the industry.
There is one label (the original suit lady label) which is now sold in other stores including his place but to my understanding it is made by the suit lady not the other way around. I think it's only used on their lowest quality solid black and navy. Either way I got that suit years ago (before the his place days) and it held up great, although it could be the quality changed now that it's sold more widely. But the majority of Suit Lady suits are now under a different label which I believe is only sold in their stores. These labels use higher quality fabrics than the older label (i.e. the his place version).
