Really? Not a scam when they've been signing people up for years promising savings and not a soul has yet to receive savings, but they are all getting perks/comp for everyone they sign up

Ive been enrolled in Arcadia electric since January. Todays the first time seeing the discount. 21% off the Arcadia portion of the bill.

It is difficult to call something a scam if it did not cost anyone anything and your only complaint is mismanaged expectations.

Arcadia has poorly managed the expectations of those enrolled and clearly enrolled accounts too early for solar farms that only became operational close to a year later. They also did not properly communicate with their customers when their accounts would be flowing.

There are other companies who have been more upfront with their customers.

I signed up for Arcadia over a year ago, as my summer electric bills were over $500, and 21% off sounded nice. I just got my first credit this month, and it was $13! It’s only 10%, not 21%.
