better business b. having a public website which  cc consumers will be able to post complaints about anything and companies like chase andamex will have to fix problem within 2 weeks

actually it will be from the consumer financial protection agency.the bank will have 60 days to address the problem and how the bank addressed the problem will also be made public on the website, so that will incentivize the banks.

The BBB is corrupt and an outright scam.
