actually it will be from the consumer financial protection agency.the bank will have 60 days to address the problem and how the bank addressed the problem will also be made public on the website, so that will incentivize the banks.
From reading the thread here as well as on FW, I've seen much fewer, even no reports recently.
Ya but that doesn't mean the BBB got them to stop.
