Not impressed with the customer service at Hamilton Beach:
I got 3-in-1 slow cooker March 2009. It stopped functioning in the summer of 2012. I called Hamilton beach and they offered to sell me another one at 50% off. After shipping it was $45, which was less than a $10 savings off of Amazon. I bought it and again it stopped working on me a few weeks ago. Call up Hamilton Beach and tell them, there is clearly something wrong with the item. They refuse to do anything for me, other than offer me the same 50% off coupon. No luck with a phone rep or through email.
